Mackenzie is an outstanding Realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the home selling process very comfortable. Although Mackenzie is very easy going with a great personality, she was focused and determined to achieve all my goals and priorities and she assured me she would and she did. She is well versed and highly knowledgeable at her job, especially the Napa market. I was referred to three realtors by someone and I am so fortunate I chose Mackenzie. I had been going through a difficult personal situation and I am not sure how I would have avoided a breakdown if it were not for Mackenzie's calmness and assurances everything was going to work out how I wanted. Mackenzie grew up at our house and is like part of the family. When we decided to retire and move up to WA, she stepped in and helped with the entire process of listing and selling our house. We had been in our house over 28 years, so it was a big deal for us, but Mackenzie was there every step of the way.....staging, showing, open houses, to closing the deal. She also managed to keep us calm as the timing of closing on our old house and new house up in WA were not always in sync. She is the best and we can't thank her enough.
